1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Website Purpose
This website provides general information about VELTIX AI services.
Submitting a form, requesting a consultation or requesting a proposal does not create a service contract, partnership, employment relationship or any obligation for VELTIX AI to provide services.
A separate written agreement and an approved scope of work are required before client work begins.
3. Services and Proposals
- Services depend on technical feasibility and project scope.
- Features, pricing and timelines are confirmed in a written proposal or service agreement.
- “Starting at” pricing is an indication only and is not a guaranteed final price.
- Websites, landing pages, integrations, automations and custom AI systems are quoted separately.
- VELTIX AI may accept or decline a project at its discretion.
4. AI Technology Limitations
AI systems may occasionally misunderstand information, produce incorrect responses or be temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or perfectly accurate AI performance.
Final functionality depends on the approved configuration, third-party services and the information provided by the client.
5. Live Demo
The live demo is an illustrative example of how an AI receptionist can work. It is not a guarantee of the exact performance, features, voice, integrations or results any particular client will receive.
You must not misuse, attack, overload, reverse engineer or otherwise interfere with the demo.
Voice Processing and Consent
The live demo uses third-party voice-AI and communications providers to process audio and conversational information. Depending on its current configuration, the interaction may be recorded, transcribed, summarized or logged. You must review the notice and provide affirmative consent before entering the demo. If you do not consent, do not use the voice demo. You remain free to contact VELTIX AI through the regular website form, telephone or email. You must not submit sensitive information through the demo.
6. Intellectual Property
The website design, branding, logo, text and original materials belong to VELTIX AI or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage in:
- Illegal use of the website
- Fraud or misrepresentation
- Unauthorized access to systems or data
- Spam or unsolicited bulk submissions
- Uploading or transmitting malicious code
- Attempts to disrupt or overload the website
- Impersonation of another person or business

- Uninterrupted availability
- A particular implementation deadline unless stated in a signed agreement

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this public website and the live demo are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VELTIX AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this public website or the live demo. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VELTIX AI from reasonable claims, damages and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
