Submitting a form does not authorize automated marketing calls, prerecorded marketing messages or recurring marketing text-message campaigns.

9. Voice Demo and Call Data

The live voice demo is an illustrative experience for a fictional business and is operated using third-party voice-AI and communications technology. When you choose to use the demo, VELTIX AI and its configured providers may process your voice, audio, transcripts, responses, summaries, call or session metadata, device and network information, and information you voluntarily provide.

The demo may use Vapi together with configured speech-recognition, AI-model, voice, hosting and infrastructure providers. Depending on the technical configuration, these providers may process or retain recordings, transcripts, summaries and operational logs. The exact configuration, providers and retention settings may change as the demo is updated.

Do not provide sensitive personal, financial, medical, authentication or government-identification information through the demo.

Where recording is used, the demo will request consent before the recording begins. If you do not consent, do not continue into the voice demo. You may still contact VELTIX AI by telephone or email or submit the website inquiry form.

You may request reasonable access to or deletion of demo information associated with you by contacting legal@veltixautomation.com. Our ability to complete a request may depend on the information available to identify the interaction, provider controls and applicable legal or operational exceptions.
